My Foodie Secret Revealed......

Okay, I'm ready to admit it. I LOVE food ..... photography ....  even more than actually eating food sometimes. Weird?  I don't think so (and less calories, hee hee).

I think food is like art, when done well:

colors, textures, balance with other foods..... truly, an art.

Don't you eat with your eyes?  Think about it.

What appeals to you about food?

Yes, we do eat because we're hungry, and then food is, well, utilitarian.

But other times....

Aaaahhhhhh.....beautiful bliss.

Now that I've got you thinking about the beauty of food (by the way, this is also in its raw state... fresh veggies, fruits, cheeses, and the varying shades of colors that run through them...OMG! Gorgeous!

So grab a cup of coffee, put your feet up for a few minutes (watch out for the keyboard), and enjoy one of my most favorite (dare I say it??)
