It seems that many of us often mistakenly confuse the two terms, natural and organic, when we consider how foods are processed, thinking the terms mean the same thing. Simple enough mistake, I believe, but truth is, the terms are, according to the experts, different.
In fact, the Mayo Clinic uses the term "conventional farming" to describe what you and I might refer to as "natural farming" in its article about conventional vs. organic farming, in which it discusses the perceptions, benefits, and primary differences between the two.
Whichever method you choose, be an informed consumer!
A big "thanks" to the EGS reader who not only cooks and eats cleanly, but enjoys sharing her experiences with others. :) (Thanks for sharing... this is an important topic as we strive to eat healthy and be smart consumers!)
Happy eating and cooking, friends....
