Three Things Thursday - Resources for Special Diets

If you are reading this blog, you probably are, or striving to, cook and eat in a healthy, yummy, (more clean) fashion... but many of us have specific dietary challenges that confound our eating (and therefore purchasing and cooking) even more.

We've explored vegetarian diets in previous posts, so let's take a look at some resources for three other (fairly common) dietary concerns.
  1. Gluten or lactose issues? Try this resource and this resource.
  2. For our diabetic friends, here's a resource  that looks to be a great starting point.
  3. Finally, for our moms (and dads?) who are looking for creative ways to get their kids to eat, check out this resource.
Have a favorite resource to address dietary (or "Because I'm the Mom, now eat it!) issues?  We'd love to hear from you.

Happy eating and cooking, friends....

Robin
