I shared this post in the first two weeks of starting Eating Good Stuff, long before ANYONE was reading it, and I think it's one that's important enough to share again, so here goes. I do hope it generates discussion with you, your family, and friends....
ORIGINAL POST:
I thought I'd share a few video clips to get you thinking and hopefully talking, about eating in America....
- A truck farm project in the heart of the city
- What's happened to U.S. food production in the past 50 years
- Corn for the masses... It's healthy, right??
- What happens when we're willing to "re-think" our food system
- Which speaks louder: $$ developers or community farmers? See what happens in L.A.
Julie and Julia...If you are a foodie who loves to cook and/or eat, I think you'll enjoy this snapshot into the lives of two women whose passion for cooking is equally matched by their passion for the men in their lives, whom they clearly adore.
Since this post was originally published, our EGS readership has grown internationally, which is simply amazing! I'm wondering what our international friends think about American eating? Would love to hear your feedback on this subject....
Happy eating and cooking,
Robin

Robin,
Thanks for visiting my blog and your sweet comment. I'm looking forward to getting some great food ideas from you. Plus, you're got me seriously considering going Meatless on Mondays. Keep up the good blogging.
Yay! Good for you, Saundra... going meatless, even one day a week, is a huge first step. :)
